CIBC hired Ron Kerdasha as a managing director and senior business development officer for its asset-based lending team.
In his role, Kerdasha will lead ABL originations in the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast while expanding the bank’s referral source network and focusing on relationships with middle-market companies, private equity groups, mezzanine lenders, investment banks, turnaround consultants and other advisors.
Kerdasha has more than 30 years of experience. Prior to CIBC, Kerdasha served as a regional group head for Fifth Third Business Capital in the Northeast.
