Airspan Networks entered into a restructuring agreement with Fortress Investment Group and filed voluntary prepackaged Chapter 11 proceedings in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. Fortress will provide $53 million in debtor-in-possession financing to Airspan.
