Capital Southwest supported Amware Fulfillment’s acquisition of Moulton Logistics with an incremental senior secured first lien term loan. Amware is a portfolio company of Capital Southwest and provides order fulfillment services to e-commerce and direct selling companies.
Goldman Sachs BDC completed its merger with Goldman Sachs Middle Market Lending. BofA Securities and Dechert served as financial and legal advisors to Goldman Sachs BDC, while Morgan Stanley and Eversheds Sutherland served as the financial and legal advisors to Goldman Sachs Middle Market Lending.
Crescent Capital BDC reported net investment income of $13 million for Q2/20. The company invested $26.4 million into one new portfolio company, one refinancing and several follow-on revolver and delayed draw fundings during the quarter.
Barings BDC and MVC Capital entered into a definitive merger agreement. The combined company, which will remain externally managed by Barings, is expected to have more than $1.2 billion of investments on a pro forma basis.
