LOS ANGELES – Caltius Structured Capital closed a debt and equity investment in San Fernando-based Frazier Aviation, Inc. The financing was used to support a strategic partnership between the Company and Seven Point Equity Partners, LLC, an operationally-focused, value-oriented private investment firm.
Founded in 1958, Frazier Aviation is a leading manufacturer of aftermarket military aircraft components. Together, Caltius, Seven Point and Frazier’s leadership team seek to build on the Company’s reputation for excellence by further developing its product offerings and manufacturing capabilities, both organically and through targeted acquisitions, to better serve its global customer base.
Brian Williams, an accomplished aerospace and defense industry executive and Seven Point Operating Partner, has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of Frazier Aviation International, LLC, a holding company that will serve as a growth platform for further strategic acquisitions. Bob Frazier, who has owned and led the Company for several decades, will continue in his role as CEO of Frazier Aviation, which will operate as a subsidiary of Frazier Aviation International, LLC.
“We are extremely pleased to have Caltius supporting Frazier Aviation as our partner,” said Tom Burchill, Managing Partner of Seven Point. “With their help, we intend to execute a value creation plan that includes making further investment in Frazier’s already impressive capabilities, adding outstanding talent to the senior management team, and integrating strategic acquisitions to accelerate the company’s growth.”
“Under Bob’s leadership, Frazier Aviation has established an outstanding reputation as a supplier of mission critical components to the military aircraft market. Frazier is well positioned to execute on its growth initiatives with the operational and strategic guidance of its new partners,” stated Kevin Greener, Principal of Caltius. “We are proud to support Seven Point, Brian Williams and the entire Frazier management team in the company’s next chapter of growth.”
