Caltius Equity Partners (CEP) promoted Ryan Matthews to principal.

Matthews joined CEP in 2016, following his tenure at Harris Williams, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions in the consumer sector. He serves on the board of directors for World Class Technology and is deeply involved across our active portfolio companies. Matthews previously served on the board of directors for Talent Systems and was a key contributor to several prior investments, including Impact Fire, MC Sign, ACIS and Health Payment Systems. He earned his B.A. in business administration from the Ohio State University.
