Byline Bank’s Sponsor Finance Group increased revolving and term credit facilities to finance the combination of Wincove’s current investment, Rhino Assembly, with The Tool House.
Wincove Private Holdings made an initial investment in Rhino Assembly in 2017. BSFG was represented by Duane Morris.
Founded in 1986 and headquartered in New Berlin, WI, The Tool House distributes assembly tools and material handling equipment for use in industrial manufacturing applications.
