BHI appointed Jocelyn Bluth its chief people officer. Bluth joined BHI with more than 25 years of human resources experience in banking and financial services.

“We are very pleased to welcome Jocelyn to the bank. She is a veteran HR executive with deep knowledge and expertise in the banking sector. Jocelyn has great vision for our bank, and I am confident that she will be an invaluable addition to the BHI team,” Gabriel Hamani, CEO of BHI said. “Jocelyn succeeds our current head of HR, Terry Tablin, who will be retiring later this year. We thank Terry for her exceptional service to BHI and wish her all the best in the coming years.”

Previously, Bluth served as a human resources executive for Golub Capital, where she was responsible for employee engagement and growth and supporting all front-office functions. She spent the prior 11 years at JP Morgan Chase commercial banking, where her most recent position was managing director, business partner, leading the human resources business partners practice in support of national middle market and global specialized industries and credit market businesses.

Bluth also has held executive HR positions with Legg Mason Asset Management and Credit Suisse First Boston.

BHI is the U.S division of Bank Hapoalim, an Israeli financial institution. BHI provides commercial banking solutions to middle market clients in sectors including commercial real estate, C&I, food and beverage, entertainment, apparel, healthcare and high-tech.
