Hew as an advisor to the U.S. Department of Treasury during the financial crisis.

Wright will co-head the U.S. ECM business with Kristin DeClark, who joined Barclays from Deutsche Bank in March. DeClark will start at Barclays in June 2019 and will be based in Menlo Park, CA.

“Taylor is another outstanding addition to our U.S. ECM leadership team, following our recent appointment of Kristin DeClark. His deep roster of key relationships and many years of experience will deliver enormous benefits as we position ourselves as the partner of choice for our growing client base,” said Astier. “Taylor’s addition to the team will further enhance our abilities to provide best in class strategic advice and execution, and will accelerate the already strong momentum in our ECM business.”
