As administrative agent and sole investor, Audax Private Debt provided a second lien credit facility supporting Wind Point Partners’ acquisition of good2grow, a provider of clean label children’s juice and other beverage products. Terms of the credit facility were not disclosed.

Headquartered in Atlanta, good2grow sells clean label and organic 100% fruit juice, vegetable juice, fortified water and flavored milk in bottles that are adorned with three-dimensional toppers featuring a variety of licensed movie and TV characters. The company’s products are sold primarily in single-serve bottles that are merchandised through convenience, grocery and mass channels.

Audax Private Debt provided staple financing as an incumbent lender to good2grow.

“We have proudly supported good2grow since 2018, and have seen management build the company into an impressive national provider of clean label children’s juice and other beverage products,” Blake Loweth, managing director at Audax Private Debt said. “We are thrilled to continue our partnership with the good2grow team and look forward to working closely with Wind Point to support the next phase of the company’s growth.”

“Audax Private Debt has been an important partner for us, possessing valuable knowledge of the company and providing financing certainty throughout the entirety of the process,” Isaiah Sullivan, vice president at Wind Point Partners, said. “We’re excited to continue working with the Audax team as we build upon the company’s strong product portfolio and compelling value proposition for retailers and consumers alike.”
