Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) appointed Atlanta-based Tiffany Brown a managing director and the North American solution leader for the CFO services practice within the firm’s corporate performance improvement (CPI) division. Brown’s experience advances A&M’s capabilities in transforming and elevating the performance of the finance and accounting functions for Fortune 1,000 company clients.

Brown brings deep expertise working with C-Suite executives to develop successful financial strategies and organizational designs. Her experience advising enterprises on optimizing their digital finance technologies aligns with A&M’s commitment to help clients reimagine financial operations and advance cross-functional and transformational initiatives enabled by emerging high-tech.

“Tiffany’s in-depth experience reconceiving financial strategies and structures, along with implementing next generation solutions, will help clients drive change to fuel growth,” Cyndi Joiner, A&M managing director and leader within the CPI practice, said. “Tiffany’s unique skillset and operational lens will spur insights that maximize value for our partnering companies and CFO clients.”

Prior to joining A&M, Brown spent more than 20 years with Accenture, where she served in various leadership roles including South enterprise performance management growth and strategy leader, North America CFO & EV Services lead for the retail industry group, and strategy lead for inclusion and diversity in North America. She has collaborated closely with clients across the consumer package goods, retail, financial services, telecommunications, high tech and resources sectors.
