Advantage Business Capital, a subsidiary of Central Bank, welcomed two new employees to its growing team. Liz Castillo, senior vice president, is Houston, Texas-based, and Lauren Hogan, marketing specialist, is Austin, Texas-based.
Castillo has 20+ years of experience in the factoring industry. In addition to her business development role with Advantage, Castillo will continue to serve as the founder and president at the Greater Houston Trucking Association.
Hogan has a background in marketing from the hospitality and digital healthcare industries. New to the asset-based lending industry, Hogan is eager to deploy her skills and expertise in support of Advantage’s business development efforts.
