Access Capital added Brian Richardson as a senior vice president for its business development team. Richardson will report to Raphael Torres, head of business development at Access Capital, and focus on the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast, expanding Access’s geographic presence.
Richardson previously ran a family-owned staffing company for 14 years before joining Capital Tempfunds in 2002, with Capital Tempfunds later acquired by Wells Fargo. There, Brian built a foothold in the Los Angeles market and then the Northeast market after joining Sterling National Bank.
Richardson’s experience includes providing both factoring and asset-based lending products to staffing companies. During his time at Capital Tempfunds/Wells Fargo, Richardson worked closely Torres.
