Sallyport Capital Finance provided a $2 million accounts receivable factoring facility for a private label apparel manufacturer preparing for a significant increase in brand orders during Q4/26 and throughout 2027.

With demand expected to rise substantially, the company needed additional working capital to support increased production and strengthen its relationships with suppliers. Sallyport’s accounts receivable solution provides access to cash tied up in outstanding invoices, enabling the manufacturer to pay suppliers faster and increase its available supplier credit lines to meet growing order volumes.

The facility will help the business manage its anticipated growth while continuing to build on the strong relationships it has established with key accounts.

The transaction was self-sourced by Patrick Zazueta, vice president, business development at Sallyport, who has known the business owner personally for many years through the apparel industry.

“I have personally known the client for many years through the industry. The business is his wife’s business, who brings equal experience and has a solid reputation in the industry,” Zazueta said.

The client chose Sallyport based on this trusted relationship and the flexibility offered by Sallyport’s approach to customer concentration limits, which provided a financing solution aligned with the company’s needs.

“Patrick and the Sallyport team made the funding process smooth, efficient and stress-free. Their responsiveness, professionalism and commitment to understanding our business needs were exceptional, and we truly appreciated their support every step of the way,” said the client.

As the company prepares for its next stage of growth, Sallyport’s funding will provide the working capital needed to support supplier payments, accommodate increased order volumes and strengthen existing customer relationships.
