Mountain Ridge Capital (MRC), an asset-based commercial finance company, hired Sean Spring as executive vice president of underwriting. Spring brings over 30 years of asset-based lending experience, having originated, underwritten, closed and managed hundreds of transactions in support of refinancings, growth, recapitalizations, acquisitions, turnarounds and debtor-in-possession credit facilities. He will continue to leverage his experience to deliver customized credit solutions to MRC’s clients.
