Byline Sponsor Finance (BSF), a division of Byline Bank, provided financing to support BSC Industries, an independent, value-added distributor of bearings, power transmission products and electrical and automation products backed by Benford Capital Partners (BCP), in its acquisition of Intercontinental Bearing Supply Company (IBSCO). BSF was represented by Duane Morris.
