Tri City National Bank, a community bank serving Southeastern Wisconsin for more than 60 years, is now live with the Alkami Digital Sales & Service Platform. The comprehensive suite includes Alkami’s onboarding and account opening solution, digital banking solution, and the data and marketing solution.

Through Alkami’s digital sales and service platform, Tri City is bringing together account opening, digital banking, and data and marketing capabilities into one cohesive digital experience designed to help the bank onboard, engage and grow customer relationships. The launch supports Tri City’s commitment to delivering the personal, community-focused service its customers expect, while giving the bank the agility to adapt quickly to evolving digital expectations.

“At Tri City, community banking means meeting people where they are, whether they walk into a branch and someone knows them by name, or they choose to bank digitally,” Nick Bandoch, senior vice president and chief brand officer at Tri City, said. “Those everyday conversations that once happened naturally in the branch are happening differently now, and we need to be able to recognize customer needs and deliver relevant solutions in digital moments. We chose Alkami because its team is strategically focused on the digital experience and is agile enough to help us adapt faster, anticipate customer needs and continue delivering the kind of personal service that has always defined Tri City.”

By combining onboarding and account opening, digital banking, and data and marketing capabilities, Alkami’s platform enables institutions like Tri City to create more connected experiences, identify opportunities earlier and deliver relevant engagement across digital channels.

“Tri City National Bank has built a strong legacy around hometown service and meaningful customer relationships,” Benjamin Conant, chief product officer at Alkami, said. “Through the Alkami digital sales and service platform, Tri City is extending that same relationship-driven approach into the digital channel. We are proud to support their vision and help them deliver experiences that are more connected, personalized and responsive to the needs of their customers.”
