Monroe Capital acted as sole lead arranger and administrative agent on the funding of a senior credit facility to support the acquisition of GG&D Motor Vehicle Services by Dealer Services Network, an existing portfolio company of Frontenac.
The acquisition strengthens Dealer Services Network’s presence across the western U.S., adding GG&D’s customer relationships and market presence in the Phoenix area.
