CohnReznick, a professional services firm, added Olga Morduke  as a tax partner in commercial real estate.

Based in Los Angeles, Morduke advises high-net-worth family offices and private investment groups that own, operate and invest in real estate across diverse asset classes, including multi-family, industrial, retail, office and hospitality.

“Olga brings a deep understanding of the tax, structuring, and succession planning considerations that shape investment decisions across a real estate portfolio,” Kash Hussain, office managing partner – El Segundo, Los Angeles, San Diego, San Francisco for CohnReznick, said. “Los Angeles is one of the nation’s most active and complex real estate markets, and Olga’s experience strengthens our ability to help clients navigate complexity, preserve wealth, and create long-term value.”

Morduke has more than 20 years of experience in real estate tax and family office advisory including a successful track record guiding high-net-worth families, real estate owners and private investment groups through complex capital transactions, portfolio expansions and multi-generational wealth preservation strategies. Throughout her career, she’s served as a trusted partner on intricate Subchapter K partnership structures, 1031 exchanges, Qualified Opportunity Funds and cost segregation implementations for multi-asset real estate portfolios spanning industrial, multi-family, retail and commercial properties.

She earned a M.S. in taxation from California State University – Northridge and a B.A. from UC Berkeley.
