Culain Capital Funding closed and funded a $1.5 million accounts receivable financing facility for a California-based staffing company specializing in light industrial workforce solutions.

As demand for its services grew, the company sought to expand its client base and take on larger contracts, creating a need for additional working capital to cover expanding payroll obligations and support its continued growth. The new financing facility provides immediate liquidity against eligible accounts receivable, giving the company the flexibility to meet payroll obligations as it expands its workforce. By converting outstanding receivables into available capital, the facility enables management to pursue larger contracts and capitalize on new business opportunities without relying solely on the timing of customer payments.

The company chose Culain Capital for its ability to provide flexible financing tailored to the cash flow demands of the staffing industry.

“As staffing companies grow, the ability to fund payroll while taking on new business becomes increasingly important,” James Franz, president of Culain Capital, said. “Our accounts receivable financing solutions provide immediate access to capital tied to outstanding receivables, bridging the gap between payroll and customer payments while creating additional capacity to expand its client base. We’re pleased to partner with this team and support the company’s continued success.”

Dan Stacy, senior vice president of business development at Culain Capital, added, “Reliable payroll funding can make a meaningful difference for staffing companies looking to scale. By unlocking the capital tied up in their receivables, we’re helping this company maintain the resources needed to support employees, serve its customers and confidently expand its operations. We look forward to supporting the company as it capitalizes on new market opportunities.”

The new financing facility positions the business to strengthen existing client relationships, support expanding payroll needs and pursue new contracts while maintaining the operational flexibility needed for long-term growth.
