Ted Koenig has witnessed private credit transform from a fragmented, relationship-driven corner of the market into a highly institutionalized and competitive asset class. As chairman and CEO of Monroe Capital, Koenig has steered the firm through several business cycles, maintaining a focus on disciplined underwriting.
