Eversheds Sutherland welcomed Phyllis Y. Young as a partner in the U.S. finance practice group, expanding the firm’s advisory services in connection with finance and restructuring matters for public and private companies, financial institutions, investors and other market participants.
As the head of Texas finance, Young is based in the Houston office and spends significant time in Dallas. She has substantial energy-sector experience, including representing energy companies and investment funds.
