Dechert recently advised one of Graham Partners’ portfolio companies, Tulkoff Foods, on their acquisition of Celtrade.
Graham is a private investment firm targeting advanced manufacturing and tech-enabled services businesses. Tulkoff is a producer of specialty sauces, dressings and ingredients. Celtrade is a complementary Canadian based manufacturer of value-add specialty and ethnic sauces and dressings.
