Culain Capital added Patrick Eakins has joined the firm as senior vice president, regional sales executive. In this role, Eakins will be responsible for expanding Culain Capital’s origination efforts across the Southeast and Central U.S., with a focus on strengthening relationships with banks, private equity sponsors, advisors and other referral partners. He brings more than 15 years of experience in specialty finance, factoring and asset-based lending, with particular expertise in transportation and middle-market working capital solutions.

Prior to joining Culain Capital, Eakins served as vice president of sales at Alpine Ridge Funding, where he provided factoring and revolving credit facilities secured by accounts receivable and inventory, with line sizes ranging from $100,000 to $30 million. He previously held senior business development roles with ENGS Commercial Capital, Mitsubishi HC Capital America, TAB Bank, Bay View Funding and Fleet One Factoring.

“Patrick is a seasoned originations professional with deep market relationships and a strong understanding of working capital structures,” Jamie Franz, president of Culain Capital, said. “His experience across factoring, asset-based lending and transportation finance strengthens Culain’s national platform and enhances our ability to serve middle-market clients. We are excited to welcome him to the team.”

Eakins said, “I’m excited to join Culain Capital and be part of a firm that prioritizes credit discipline, transparency and long-term partnership. Culain’s flexible approach to working capital solutions and its commitment to doing the right thing for clients and referral partners strongly align with my own philosophy. I look forward to contributing to the firm’s continued growth.”

Eakins is based in the Nashville Metropolitan Area and will work closely with Culain’s executive leadership, credit and portfolio management teams.
