Haynes Boone promoted 14 lawyers to counsel, effective Feb. 1, 2026.
This year’s group features lawyers from nine of the firm’s global offices, with seven of the new counsel based in Dallas, Dallas-North, Fort Worth and Houston. The group also spans major U.S. hubs such as New York, Denver, Northern Virginia and Washington, D.C., as well as London.
The 14 lawyers represent 10 practice areas across the firm, including three attorneys in litigation, two in labor and employment, two in investment management, two in intellectual property and two in government contracts. The new counsel class also includes lawyers in the construction; energy, power and natural resources; FDA regulatory and compliance; real estate and restructuring practice groups.
