Hogan Lovells Welcomes 2026 with Partner and Counsel Promotions

The appointments include 28 partners from 53 counsel.

Global law firm Hogan Lovells promoted 28 lawyers to partner and 53 to counsel, effective Jan. 1, 2026.

An overview of the newly promoted partners by practice group/practice area is as follows:

  • Corporate & Finance – 12 new partners across capital markets; mergers and acquisitions; private equity & funds; real estate; restructuring and special situations; and tax, pensions and benefits
  • Global Regulatory & IP – 10 new partners across antitrust, competition and economic regulation (ACER); communications, internet, and media; government relations and public affairs; international trade and investment; IP; pharmaceuticals and biotechnology; strategic operations, agreements and regulation (SOAR); and transportation
  • Litigation, Arbitration and Employment – 6 new Litigation partners

The additions to the partnership reflect the breadth of Hogan Lovells’ global legal practice:

  • Americas – 12 partners across the Denver, Miami, New York, Northern Virginia, and Washington, D.C. offices
  • Europe – 15 partners across the Amsterdam, Düsseldorf, Hamburg, London, Madrid, Milan, Munich, and Paris offices
  • Asia-Pacific – 1 partner in Shanghai
