United Capital Funding Selects FGI’s TRUST for Credit Insurance Management

TRUST’s ability to present credit risk information on both a client and debtor level, combined with its capability to work with multiple insurers and policies, offers United Capital Funding visibility into exposures and the flexibility to add or move insurance policies without changing its credit monitoring processes.

United Capital Funding Group, a professional accounts receivable funding firm in the United States, has implemented TRUST by FGI Worldwide, a global company in commercial finance, as its platform for client credit insurance policy management.

TRUST’s ability to present credit risk information on both a client and debtor level, combined with its capability to work with multiple insurers and policies, offers United Capital Funding visibility into exposures and the flexibility to add or move insurance policies without having to change its credit monitoring processes.

“As our business expands, tracking credit coverage across the portfolio was becoming increasingly challenging and time intensive for our team members,” Kim Doss, senior credit analyst at United Capital Funding, said. “TRUST’s integration with our core factoring system allows for synchronizing financing data and tracking of coverage gaps, giving our team the freedom and confidence to focus on other initiatives, knowing policies are monitored 24/7.”

Paul Bower, director at FGI Tech, said, “We are proud to support United Capital Funding’s continued growth with a platform that promotes efficiency and safety. TRUST’s automated end to end processing is a long-term solution for the business and we look forward to our continued partnership.”
