Jonathan Vance joined Dorsey & Whitney as a partner in the firm’s finance and restructuring group in Dallas, the international law firm announced today.
Vance focuses on a wide variety of secured financing transactions representing both bank and non-bank lenders in a variety of cash flow and asset-based lending transactions, including lender finance, acquisition finance and other specialty finance transactions.
Prior to joining Dorsey, Vance served as a finance attorney at several international law firms, where he concentrated his practice in cash flow and asset-based lending, and other syndicated and non-syndicated finance transactions. He comes to Dorsey from K&L Gates, where he was a partner. Vance received his B.A. from Dartmouth College and his J.D. from Harvard Law School.
