B. Riley Securities (BRS), a middle market investment bank, served as lead book-running manager in the initial public offering of OTG Acquisition. The offering consisted of 23 million units priced at $10.00 per unit, including three million units sold pursuant to the full exercise of the underwriters’ over-allotment option, generating gross proceeds of $230 million.
