Jeff Beuche, a veteran mergers and acquisitions partner, has returned to the Perkins Coie’s Denver office. Beuche was previously instrumental in leading the firm’s M&A practice and is known for his practical, straight-forward counsel while guiding clients through successful transactions.
Beuche is highly regarded by clients for advising on complex M&A deals and has decades of experience counseling public and private companies, investors, management teams and founders in connection with transformative opportunities. Beuche represents clients from a wide range of industries, including technology, software, semiconductors, healthcare, life sciences, retail and consumer products, agriculture, energy and natural resources.
“We are thrilled to welcome an M&A lawyer of Jeff’s caliber and stature back to Perkins Coie. He intuitively navigates clients through the complexities of a deal and is highly experienced at successfully executing their most sophisticated deals,” Jason Day, firmwide co-chair of Perkins Coie’s corporate practice, said. “With the addition of an accomplished M&A group in Texas earlier this year, our national M&A practice continues to grow, and Jeff’s return further boosts our ability to serve leading businesses in their most important transactions.”
“I couldn’t be happier to rejoin Perkins Coie,” Beuche said. “The combination of the firm’s lawyers’ understanding of the deal market, pragmatic and execution-driven advice and technical lawyering, all deliver tremendous value to our clients, and is unique and compelling. And to be able to provide that sort of client service on a people-first and collaborative platform like Perkins Coie’s is very important to me.”
Beuche earned his B.A. from the University of Michigan and his J.D. from the University of Colorado Law School.
