Tarter Krinsky & Drogin appointed Mauro Viskovic as co-chair of the firm’s corporate, securities and M&A practice, joining current co-chair Guy Molinari in leading one of the firm’s key practice groups. Together, Viskovic and Molinari will set the strategic direction of the department, mentor team members and oversee daily operations to serve the evolving needs of Tarter Krinsky & Drogin’s clients.
Since joining Tarter Krinsky & Drogin’s corporate practice in March 2024, Viskovic has been a driving force in expanding the department’s client base, which increased by over 58%, and advancing the development of the team’s professionals. He has played a central role in talent selection and has led ongoing skills training workshops for attorneys at all levels, fostering individual growth and team excellence.
