B. Riley Securities, a middle market investment bank, acted as sole placement agent for Bit Digital in connection with a registered direct offering, which consisted of 22 million ordinary shares at a purchase price of $3.06 per share, resulting in gross proceeds of $67.3 million.
Bit Digital intends to use the net proceeds from the registered direct offering to acquire additional ETH, expanding its long-term accumulation and staking of ETH as a core treasury asset.
