Willkie Farr & Gallagher added restructuring attorney Paul Labov as a partner. He is based in Willkie’s New York office.

Labov has more than 20 years of experience in chapter 11 bankruptcy cases and out-of-court workouts, including representing official creditors’ committees, ad hoc creditor groups, trade vendors, landlords and trustees. He also advises private equity firms in the purchase and sale of distressed debt and assets. Labov’s practice includes restructuring cases involving nationally recognized companies and brands across wide range of industries, including retail, energy, manufacturing and healthcare. He has also contributed to numerous industry publications on a wide range of bankruptcy topics. Labov joins Willkie from Pachulski Stang Ziehl & Jones, where he was a partner.
