International Factoring Association Adds Six New Board Members

The International Factoring Association added six new members to its advisory board for a two-year term. These new additions bring decades of experience to their seats on the board.

The International Factoring Association (IFA) added six new members to its advisory board for a two-year term. The advisory board plays a pivotal role in the IFA’s operations, offering strategic counsel and specialized knowledge to increase the public’s awareness on the uses and benefits of the factoring industry as well as fostering new ideas for member organizations. These new additions bring decades of experience to their seats on the board.

New IFA Advisory Board Members:

  • Amanda Bowman – Senior Vice President, Sales Director, eCapital
  • Amity Mercado – CFO/COO, nFusion Capital
  • Clayton Richardson – CEO, American Funding Solutions
  • Ben Rutkevitz – Senior Vice President, Alleon Capital Partners
  • Hailey Thomas – President, Bison Payments
  • Andrea Knoblauch-Wright – Vice President, Chief Experience Officer, Phoenix Capital Group

“We are excited to welcome Amanda, Amity, Clayton, Ben, Hailey and Andrea onto the advisory board,” Tania Daniel, executive director of IFA, said. “Their diverse backgrounds and commitment to the industry will help strengthen the IFA community and inspire meaningful growth in the years ahead.”

Returning IFA Advisory Board Members (2nd Year):

  • Tina Capobianco – Senior Vice President, Operations, J D Factors
  • Chad Eberly – General Manager & Co-Founder, Encore Funding
  • Juan Estrada – CEO, Quickpay Funding
  • Glendon Paulk – Owner & COO, Diversified Lenders

Additionally, the IFA extended a ‘thank you’ to advisory board members who have finished their two-year term:

  • Alan Eliasof – Chief Executive Officer, Prestige Capital Finance
  • Kimberly Fisk – President, Factoring Division, Triumph
  • Lori Gustaf – SVP, Director of Transportation Factoring, FirstLine Funding Group
  • Kevin Laborde – CEO, Cash Flow Resources
  • Loren Shifrin – Founder & CEO, REV Capital

Neely Thomas – Director, Love’s Financial
