Cascadia Capital, an investment bank serving middle-market clients globally, acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Bouncie, a growing automotive SaaS solution, in its growth recapitalization by Nova Street Partners. The capital will be used to recapitalize the business by retiring preferred securities, refinancing existing debt and funding key growth initiatives.

“Bouncie is an impressive SaaS solution that operates at the forefront of the emerging connected vehicle space, supported by real-time data, analytics and insights, technology sectors where Cascadia is building deep domain expertise,” Muizz Kheraj, managing director at Cascadia Capital, said. “It was a privilege to work alongside the team at Bouncie to craft a strategy that supports the company’s vision and aligns with investors’ appetite in this space.”

“This transaction demonstrates Cascadia’s ability to deliver customized capital solutions that support our clients’ strategic objectives,” Tom Mills, managing director of Cascadia’s capital markets group, said. “In close partnership with our software and technology team, we crafted a flexible recapitalization that enables Bouncie to accelerate growth and execute on its long-term vision.”

Cascadia’s technology and capital markets teams collaborated to deliver the recapitalization outcome.
