Brian Noble founded Asset Compliant Solutions (ACS) in 1998 to help companies recover assets more effectively by focusing on people and never compromising on ethical behavior. As president, he focuses on relationships and problem solving, evaluating complex situations and finding the best outcomes to resolve portfolio challenges.
“Though we didn’t call it innovation back in 1998, Asset Compliant Solutions was founded because I believed we could provide lenders with the skill, support, and tools they needed to solve their recovery problems,” Noble says. Since then, ACS has grown beyond asset recovery to include collections, technology enablement and services that improve portfolio performance. Innovation is core to the company’s culture. “Here, the best ideas win,” he adds.
Transparency and security are priorities. Noble and his team pioneered online account access through proprietary technology built for asset-based lenders. In 2024, ACS launched an API integration, offering real-time access to critical data. In 2023, the company became the first collections and recovery firm to earn SOC 2 accreditation, reinforcing its commitment to data security.
Noble approaches new ideas with a balance of caution and confidence. His core question is: “If we can make clients more successful without sacrificing performance in any other area, we’re more likely to make that bet.” Strong client relationships keep him informed about the industry’s challenges, competitive shifts and new developments.
Committed to continual learning, ACS leaders actively participate in groups like Vistage and ELFA. Additionally, the company has embraced and successfully activated the EOS approach to business management, helping them align long-term goals with daily execution. Noble encourages his leaders to “hire the best people and get out of their way.” He believes progress starts small. “Look for chances to make incremental improvements. As people become less fearful of change, they become more curious about better ways to work.”
By challenging norms and empowering his team, Noble continues to lead ACS with innovation and impact.
