Haversine Funding has named Gen Merritt-Parikh as Co-CEO, a promotion that reflects her role in driving the company’s growth and strategic direction. Merritt-Parikh, who has served as president, will now share executive leadership with company founder Stan Vukmer.

“Gen’s leadership has been instrumental in our success, and her expertise will be critical as we expand our offerings and strengthen industry partnerships,” Vukmer said.

Merritt-Parikh has been a key figure in developing Haversine’s lender finance solutions, broadening its portfolio, and enhancing market adaptability. In her new role, she will focus on accelerating growth and expanding the company’s reach in commercial finance.

“I look forward to continuing our mission of providing flexible funding solutions that empower lenders and their clients,” Merritt-Parikh said.

Before joining Haversine, she was president of Allied Funding and led its sale to a nationally chartered bank. She has held leadership positions at Liquid Capital, Comresco Capital, and Guaranty Business Credit and helped develop the first factoring certification program for the International Factoring Association.

Haversine Funding, based in Dallas, provides funding solutions to commercial lenders, offering lines of credit up to $25 million and lender finance options.
