Iron Horse Credit, a non-bank lender, appointed Neil Wolfe as CEO. Wolfe is a seasoned executive that will leverage more than 20 years of experience and leadership to execute on the transformation from a niche specialty finance lender to a premier commercial finance company.

“I’m thrilled to see Neil take the reins at a time when Iron Horse is expanding its product set and footprint,” Anish Shah, co-founder of PruVista Capital, said. “His success in commercial finance and knowledge aligns directly with our strategy to offer comprehensive capital solutions for small and medium sized businesses nationally.”

“We are delighted to have Neil join as the leader of Iron Horse,” Bill DiPaula, outgoing CEO of Iron Horse, said. “His experience and industry expertise will allow the company to achieve its strategic growth plans.”

“I’m excited to join Iron Horse and be a part of its growth story,” Wolfe said. “Iron Horse has built a sound reputation as a trusted partner and specialty lender. I look forward to expanding on its legacy as a stand-alone inventory and purchase order financing business, to deliver a comprehensive asset-based lending platform.”
