Asset Compliant Solutions (ACS), a portfolio optimization company serving asset-based lenders and lease finance companies, appointed Lacy Gowiski as its manager of administration.

Gowiski brings a multifaceted background that spans operational leadership, strategic partnerships and business development across Fortune 500 companies and high-growth technology firms. Most recently as director of administration at Mongoose, she transformed the company’s operational infrastructure during a period of significant growth, implementing digital solutions that reduced administrative costs while improving efficiency and team performance.

“Lacy’s unique combination of operational expertise and strategic vision makes her an outstanding addition to our leadership team,” Brian Noble, CEO of ACS, said. “Her proven ability to drive organizational transformation while maintaining operational excellence aligns perfectly with our mission to deliver innovative solutions at the intersection of complexity and experience.”

Throughout her career, Gowiski has demonstrated success in multiple disciplines, from leading partnership programs and managing high-value client relationships to implementing company-wide process improvements. At Media Sales Plus, she increased project onboarding capacity by 25% while managing strategic relationships with major media clients. Earlier at Fisher-Price, she drove a 12% increase in promotional sales through data-driven campaign optimization.

“ACS stands out for its commitment to solving complex portfolio challenges through innovation and operational excellence,” Gowiski said. “The company’s focus on developing creative solutions while maintaining the highest standards of compliance creates an exciting opportunity to leverage my experience in operational transformation and process optimization. I look forward to contributing to ACS’ continued growth and industry leadership.”

Prior to joining ACS, Gowiski’s career progression included roles of increasing responsibility in operations, partnership development and strategic planning. She holds an MBA from Medaille College and a bachelor of science in business administration from the State University of New York at Geneseo.
