Rosanne Doyle,
Global Product Manager,
ABL/Factoring,
Solifi

Rosanne Doyle has consistently driven innovation and fostered leadership in her asset-based lending and factoring career, which spans more than three decades. As the global product manager for ABL/Factoring at Solifi, Doyle has played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s product offerings and establishing it as a leader in the working capital solutions market. Her customer-centric approach and visionary leadership have made her a transformative force, helping lenders navigate a rapidly evolving industry with technology.

Doyle’s journey into ABL began after earning a degree in accounting and finance from Georgia State University and participating in Bank of America’s Credit & Management training program. Starting as a bank teller, she quickly rose through the ranks, gaining a deep understanding of the financial world. Her time as a factoring account executive introduced her to the concept of working capital and using assets as collateral for loans, an approach that would become the cornerstone of her career.

In 1998, Doyle joined William Stucky & Associates (WS&A), where she spent 25 years building her reputation as a leader in the ABL and factoring space. As vice president, she was instrumental in managing high-profile client relationships and driving the company’s engagement with the industry. She was responsible for developing a premium factoring system, overseeing every phase from design to deployment. This system laid the groundwork for many of the technological advancements she continues to champion at Solifi today.

TRANSFORMING ABL WITH TECHNOLOGY AT SOLIFI
With WS&A now part of Solifi, Doyle’s leadership has been crucial in developing innovative solutions for lenders. Her ability to identify trends and respond to industry challenges with forward-thinking strategies has helped Solifi remain at the forefront of the working capital solutions market. In her role, she oversees product design, development, sales and customer support, ensuring that Solifi’s offerings meet the evolving needs of its clients.

One of Doyle’s key accomplishments in recent years was leading the transition of ABL organizations from legacy, on-premises technology to Solifi’s cloud-based product suite. This modernization effort not only increased the efficiency and security of data processing but also solidified Solifi’s position as a technological leader in the industry.

In 2023, Doyle also spearheaded the launch of a new ABL/Factoring User Group, providing a platform for clients to offer feedback and influence the development of Solifi’s products. This initiative reflects her commitment to customer-centric innovation. Her ability to foster collaboration between clients and product teams has been essential in driving continuous improvement across Solifi’s product suite.

Doyle’s leadership in product upgrades further highlights her impact on the industry. She directed improvements in risk management by increasing the visibility of syndicated loan data and enhancing the efficiency of collateral analysts’ workflows. Under her guidance, Solifi has also implemented automation to support broker relationships and improve the accuracy of ineligible calculations, further streamlining operations and reducing costs for its clients. These advancements have not only enhanced the user experience but also contributed to better risk management and operational efficiency.

Throughout her career, Doyle has demonstrated a remarkable ability to adapt to change and lead with vision. When she began her career, the industry was far more manual. Today, through her efforts, Solifi has become a leader in leveraging emerging technologies like artificial intelligence and machine learning to streamline processes, improve accuracy in decision-making and help businesses be more agile in a competitive marketplace.

Her leadership style is rooted in collaboration and continuous learning. By fostering open communication and empowering her teams, Doyle ensures both her colleagues and clients thrive in a rapidly changing environment. She is a strong advocate for nurturing the next generation of leaders, dedicating time to mentoring and promoting a culture of innovation and growth.

Doyle’s influence is not limited to Solifi; she is a well-known figure throughout the ABL and factoring industry. Her active participation in industry events, trade shows and brand awareness initiatives has made her a trusted leader among clients, peers and technology partners alike. This extensive network, combined with her deep industry knowledge, has enabled her to continually advocate for her
customers and guide them toward solutions that support their growth and success.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Doyle is also passionate about child advocacy. She has served as a foster and adoptive parent, Court Appointed Special Advocate and founder of Huskies Helping Huskies, an organization that supports children facing food insecurity in her community. Her dedication to helping others reflects the compassion and leadership she brings to all aspects of
her life.

As she continues to drive innovation at Solifi, Doyle is focused on shaping the future of ABL by championing the integration of advanced technologies and nurturing the next generation of professionals. Her legacy as a visionary and industry trailblazer is firmly established, and her ongoing efforts will undoubtedly continue to influence the ABL and factoring space for years to come. •
