West Texas National Bank promoted Senior Vice President of Business Development Steve Young to chief lending officer.
Young has more than 30 years of commercial transactional experience and has developed a background in project finance, risk management and corporate energy lending. He also has industry experience in midstream project development, asset acquisitions and strategic planning.
Young served in a variety of executive and board level management roles in Houston and London before moving to Midland, TX several years ago.
