Continental Business Credit hired Jason G. Carmona as executive vice president and ABL manager. Carmona will focus on leading the asset-based lending platform and provide financing solutions to small and mid-sized manufacturers, distributors and service related companies. He will report to CEO Matthew Begley.

Carmona previously worked in credit management and origination roles at banks and commercial finance companies including Wells Fargo, First Capital and Capital Business Credit. He was most recently director of the Western region for AloStar Bank of Commerce.
