in People

Wells Fargo Business Banking added Doug Banzuly, Brett Beugen and Gary Dyshaw to the Midwest region’s leadership team.

The three will report to Tim Billerbeck, head of Wells Fargo Business Banking for the Midwest region, and will be responsible for leading the bank’s efforts to serve the unique financial needs of its business banking customers across the U.S., as well as leading managers and business development officers across the Midwest Lakes and West Central regions.

“Under our new leadership team, we are even better positioned to provide our customers with more localized support and market expertise,” said Billerbeck. “The Midwest is a key region for our business and we are committed to investing in, and strengthening, our local presence. I’m confident that we have the right leadership team in place as we continue to provide customers with the local expertise, services and solutions they need to manage and grow their businesses.”

Based in Chicago, Banzuly will oversee a team of more than 80 team members in Northern Illinois, which includes the greater Chicago, most of Wisconsin and northern Michigan markets. Previously, he served as the regional manager for Wells Fargo Middle Market Banking in Chicago.

Dyshaw, an 18-year company veteran, will lead the West Central Region. Based in Bloomington, MN, Dyshaw will lead a team of more than 250 team members in Iowa, Minnesota, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota and Wisconsin. Prior to his current role, he led Wells Fargo’s Middle Market Banking Specialty Industries division.

Beugen, a 20-year company veteran and regional sales manager for the Midwest region, will be based in Minneapolis. He will be responsible for leading the sales team for the Business Banking Midwest region and managing activities that help support revenue growth. Beugen previously served as a regional sales manager for Wells Fargo’s Middle Market ABL with Capital Finance.
