Capital Alliance Names Mack to Lead New In-House Consultancy

Capital Alliance, a middle-market investment bank, named Jim Mack managing director and the first member of a new in-house consultancy service, Capital Alliance Consulting.

Capital Alliance Consulting will assist companies seeking expert business consultation in a variety of areas, whether or not these companies are involved in an M&A transaction.

Services include, but aren’t limited to:

  • Strategic visioning

  • Operational efficiency analysis
  • _x000D_

  • Budgeting
  • _x000D_

  • Banking and cash management
  • _x000D_

  • Benefit plan evaluation and design
  • _x000D_

  • _x000D_

  • Local, state and federal tax analysis
  • _x000D_

  • Pre-sale M&A preparation
  • _x000D_

  • Post-sale integration
  • _x000D_

“I look forward to helping companies maximize their value while addressing business challenges,” Mack said. “My entrepreneurial background makes me especially suited, as I’ve dealt with day-to-day operational and financial issues while running several businesses.”

Mack has more than 20 years of senior management experience as a president, CFO and vice president of operations with multiple public and private HR related businesses, including AccessPoint, a regional PEO, staffing and charter school company, and Kelly Services. Mack has an extensive background in operations, banking and finance, corporate risk management and development and implementation of strategic initiatives, including due diligence and M&A activities.

“Jim is uniquely suited to this role as our first managing director for Capital Alliance Consulting, due to his extensive experience in the human resource management industry,” said Brad Buttermore, managing partner and CFO of Capital Alliance.
