Arnie Adkins was named regional vice president of Wells Fargo Middle Market Banking‘s Western Mid-Atlantic commercial lending operations.
Based in Roanoke, VA, Adkins will lead the Middle Market Banking team serving Western Mid-Atlantic companies with annual revenues of $20 million and more. A native of Roanoke, Adkins joined Wells Fargo in 1989 and completed the bank’s commercial banking training program. For 20 years, Adkins managed new loan portfolios and led a team of analysts in underwriting.
“Wells Fargo’s commercial lending model is to have local representation backed by specialized resources, whether that’s industry or specific financial capabilities, such as international, investment banking and treasury management,” said Abby Matia, Mid-Atlantic division manager for Wells Fargo Middle Marking Banking. “Arnie is a respected member of the local banking community and has dedicated his career to helping Virginia companies’ meet their financial needs for more than two decades.”
