Financial services firm Barings served as agent, lead arranger and sole bookrunner on a senior secured credit facility to support ATL Partners’ acquisition of a majority stake in Rock-It Cargo.
Founded in 1978 and based in Los Angeles and New York, Rock-It Cargo provides specialized international freight forwarding and logistics solutions to the live entertainment, fine arts, sports, corporate events, industrial power projects and humanitarian relief end markets. Operating through six brands with a global footprint of 32 locations in 12 countries, Rock-It Cargo has more than 400 employees who serve over 3,500 global clients.
Founded in 2014, ATL Partners makes private equity and certain preferred securities or debt investments in the aerospace, transportation and logistics sectors principally in North America.
