Bank Leumi USA hired Maya Eisen Zafrir for the newly created position of chief marketing officer. In this role, she will lead the bank’s marketing efforts across all channels and communicate its forward-looking growth strategy.
Eisen Zafrir will be based in New York and report directly to President and CEO Avner Mendelson.
Eisen Zafrir has deep expertise in the areas of brand building, digital and e-commerce marketing, strategy and innovation. She joined Bank Leumi USA from Kimberly Clark Israel, where she worked for eight years, most recently as marketing and strategy director.

Prior to Kimberly Clark Israel, Eisen Zafrir held senior marketing, strategy and planning roles at firms including J. Walter Thompson Israel and Magna Capital.
