Shoe manufacturer and retailer Crocs amended its credit agreement with PNC Bank as administrative agent and KeyBank as syndication agent.
According to the related 8-K filing, the amendment increased the total commitments under the agreement by $50 million, resulting in total commitments increasing from $250 million to $300 million.
HSBC Bank and Bank of America also served as lenders on the facility.
