Lisa Hirmon joined the AllCap Participation Fund as its office manager. She will be responsible for the entirety of AllCap’s back office.
Hirmon has over 30 years of experience in office management, accounting, inventory management and human resources. She has been involved with 2 to 3 person companies, as well as organizations of 100-plus people and companies producing up to $100 million in sales.

Formed in 2007, AllCap was founded by Clay Tramel, AllCap focuses on direct funding transactions with an emphasis on factoring and receivables financing, asset based lending, inventory and equipment loans, participations and hard money real estate transactions with credit facilities from $150,000 up to $20 million.
