Christopher Kulp has joined Alvarez and Marsal’s Private Equity Services Group as a managing director in New York to lead the Procurement and Sourcing practice.

Prior to joining A&M, Kulp was a partner with PRTM Management Consultants and PwC, advising Fortune 2000 companies and private equity portfolio owners on EBITDA improvement and capability growth. Kulp led the Industrial Products Aerospace and Defense Operations Team served as a leader in PwC’s Industrial Sourcing Practice. There, he focused on complex products and services for supply chain, sourcing and procurement in highly complex markets.

At PwC, Kulp also led the development of procurement and sourcing offerings tailored to high growth services industries, such as insurance, banking and business services, to support private equity and service industry clients’ evolving demands.
