Coral Capital Solutions provided a $1.2 million annual factoring facility to a startup distributor of natural frozen hand-held pies.
The company originally started as a school project and evolved into a business selling to the local communities and now to online shopping and distributors. With the business success, management realized they need to add liquidity to support the company’s growth.
“Coral Capital created a factoring facility that expands with its client’s business growth to allow early stage ventures to launch their products. Securing working capital provides the Company an opportunity to capture a market share in the food and beverage busy industry. The transaction was introduced by an ISO that partnered with Coral Capital to deliver better financing experience to their customers” said Jim Bertie, chief operating officer of Coral Capital Solutions.
